Violeta Katigbak Ong celebrated her 70th Birthday at the Marriott Hotel with a surprise concert presentation. It was a blast and the guests were treated to a 4 hour program of music and production show, headed by Violeta's Siblings, Children and Grandchildren. There were many highlights during the event and the homecoming of a younger brother from the US brought tears of joy to our celebrator. The gigantic cake was also another surprise to everyone as it came in sliding on the side of the stage, complete with Violeta's pictures in one of the layers and the finale was the presentation of the Asia's Queen of Songs, Ms. Pilita Corales, one of the icons in the Philippines music industry.
